Where is my refund?

The entire returns and refund process can take up to 4 weeks as shipping and processing times must be taken into account. Once the REVITIVE is received in our warehouse, it typically takes 10-14 business days to process the return and apply any applicable refund.  All refunds are applied to the card originally used to purchase the REVITIVE.
