How do I get the warranty?

All of our devices come with a standard 2-year warranty. We offer the possibility to receive a 3-year Gold Warranty with the purchase of either our REVITIVE Medic Gold or Platinum Packages.  If you purchased your device directly from Revitive, either online or by phone then your device is already registered. If you purchased your device through a third party, such as Amazon, please retain a copy of your sales/order receipt.  Your receipt will be your proof of purchase that validates the date purchased and any available coverage under the warranty.
