How do I register my device?


If you purchased your device directly from Revitive, either online or by phone then your device is already registered. If you purchased your device through a third party, such as Amazon, please retain a copy of your sales/order receipt.  Your receipt will be your proof of purchase that validates the date purchased and any available coverage under the warranty.
